Social media is always changing, and every shift brings new questions and opportunities to explore.
Want to go deeper? Let’s talk
What does social media management include exactly?
Our monthly plans are built around what your account actually needs. A standard plan covers content creation and planning, copywriting, scheduling and publishing, community management, brand monitoring, and support for paid campaigns. Plans get adjusted as priorities shift, so nothing sits in the scope without earning its place.
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest, though we’re not limited to them. Management covers the whole running of a profile, including strategy, planning, publishing, community management and monitoring, and content creation sits inside that where it’s needed. The right mix depends on where your audience already spends attention. Two platforms run properly will outperform five run thinly.
How often should we post?
Consistency matters more than volume. Most accounts we manage settle between two and five posts a week, with stories and community activity in between. We’d rather protect that rhythm than chase a number, since irregular posting costs reach and audiences notice the quiet weeks.
Who creates the photos and videos?
Most accounts start with material that already exists, and there’s usually more usable content in those folders than people expect. We take that library and build creative content from it. When a project calls for something new, we plan shoots in batches with on-team and partner creatives, photographers and copywriters brought in to match each project, so a single session covers several weeks of posting. If you produce your own photography or video, we’ll use it too.
Do I need to pay for ads?
At the moment, most social platforms operate in a pay-to-play fashion, so we usually recommend allocating a budget of your preference to boost and reinforce your best-performing content. Organic work builds the foundation; paid support extends how far it travels. For business growth and sales, look for our digital advertising services.
Does social media work for B2B or for businesses that don't sell online?
Social media gives every business a way to send signals about who it is, how it works and who it works with. Those signals get read long before anyone makes contact, and in B2B they often carry more weight, since the decision runs through longer conversations and more people.
How long does it take to see results from social media?
Early signals like reach, saves and engagement usually move within the first two months. Community growth and enquiries that trace back to social take longer, commonly three to six months of consistent work. We report monthly on what moved and what didn’t, so you can read the direction before the outcomes arrive.
Do I need to show my face on social media?
Not necessarily. Our short-form video strategies focus on creativity that engages audiences without requiring on-camera presence. Visuals, voiceovers, motion and text can communicate your brand while keeping your identity behind the scenes. If you’re comfortable on camera we’ll find a way to use it, and if you’re not, the plan still works without it.
Do you post in Greek or English?
Both, often on the same account. The choice depends on who you’re speaking to and where they are, so a brand serving a local audience reads differently from one exporting or courting followers abroad. We agree the language logic at strategy stage and keep it consistent from there.
How does the content approval process work?
You’ll see the plan before anything goes live, usually as a monthly calendar with visuals and copy ready to review. We ask for feedback in one round so the schedule holds. If you have brand guidelines we work inside them, and if you want to share your own photos or ideas, send them over and we’ll find a place for them.
What are social media collaborations?
Social media collaborations involve partnering with influencers, creators, users or brands to co-create content, promote products, enhance brand awareness or drive engagement. We handle selection, briefing and terms, and we’re careful about fit. The wrong partner tends to be more visible than no partner at all.
